About the Role

  • You will work on a blended Corporate Reputation and B2B Tech portfolio of 4 – 5 clients. This includes a global e-commerce giant, a major ERP software company, and a provider of advanced analytics and BI software.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, including weekly/bi-weekly client WIPs, to ensure key milestones are met and client satisfaction is exceeded. 
  • Lead media engagement for key clients to secure leading coverage. 
  • Set and manage the delivery of client KPIs and be responsible for client-related financial management.
  • Effectively manage junior team members to provide ongoing feedback and support.
  • Provide clients with strategic advice, industry knowledge, insights on competitor news, and find proactive opportunities. 


About You

  • You have a strong background in an Australian PR agency environment, as you are at the Senior Account Manager level or are a seasoned Account Manager ready for the step up.
  • You have proven experience working on complex, high-profile accounts across the B2B tech or corporate communications sectors.
  • You have strong client and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have experience overseeing and mentoring junior team members.
  • You have a network of strong media contacts that you can tap into to achieve PR objectives.
