About WGA

Working with a mix of iconic and innovative names like Bang & Olufsen, Denon Audio, Marantz, and Mous, WGA is the go-to agency for luxury and consumer tech brands looking to craft brand narratives with lasting impact.

From a flagship Bond Street store launch for B&O to influencer collaborations featuring football star Trent Alexander-Arnold and Squid Game’s breakout actor, WGA’s work spans traditional press office, immersive experiential events, brand partnerships campaigns and standout influencer activations.

WGA is small but mighty, offering plenty of hands-on experience with high-profile clients. Joining the agency in its early days, you’ll also help shape the agency, and benefit from direct mentorship from senior leadership. Choosing to work with brands they believe in, every WGA PR colleague is a brand advocate with a genuine passion for, and knowledge of, the client and its sector.

This is the perfect agency for someone who’s passionate about combining creativity and strategy to deliver campaigns that break through the noise in the luxury and tech spaces.

Client portfolio

WGA’s client roster features some of the most coveted names in the luxury and consumer tech world, blending global icons with innovative disruptors. From renowned, cherished brands like Bang & Olufsen, Denon Audio, Marantz, and Ruark Audio to trendsetting innovators like Mous - a premium phone case brand - WGA specialises in crafting brand stories that deliver great, data-driven brand impact.

Culture

As a remote agency, flexibility and balance are at the heart of their WGA’s culture. They’re dedicated to ensuring their team enjoys a comfortable work-life balance without sacrificing collaboration or connection.

The team makes time to come together with at least monthly lunches and regular socials, ranging from gallery nights like Tate Lates to late exhibitions at the British Museum. It’s a workplace where creativity thrives, relationships are built, and great work gets done—on your terms.

Operating as remote-first, WGA hosts regular team days in London and therefore team members must be based within 2 hours of London. Some of their most-loved perks include early finish Fridays, flexible hours for parents and pawrents, a coffee fund for WFH/coffee shop days and the opportunity to work abroad for up to 2 weeks a year.

Diversity & Inclusion

“At WGA, we focus our DEI on two key areas: holding ourselves, the team and our partners accountable to hit DEI goals; and a focus on long-term inclusion within our business by creating a sense of belonging and ensuring all voices are heard.

We aspire to be a workplace that mirrors the demographic we live in. We want our team to be representative to those we’re speaking to. That’s why we have a number of initiatives in place to continue to diversify our workforce. We pride ourselves on being a flat structured company, with all important decisions decided together. This ensures that employees are able to shape the company that they work for, promoting individuality and belonging amongst our staff.”
