About the Job

  • In this full-time role you will manage a portfolio of clients to ensure consistency of work quality across accounts and exceptional outcomes are achieved.
  • You will translate client needs into actionable creative briefs and scopes. 
  • You will independently oversee workstreams, campaigns and projects from brief to planning, implementation delivery and measurement.
  • You will manage and oversee a PR team to ensure work and campaigns are delivered to an excellent standard.
  • You will update the senior team on a need-to-know basis, bringing them into accounts where necessary.
  • You will prepare and support the development of materials for senior / board level / c-suite clients, i.e. briefing documents, reports and plans. 
  • You will develop and nurture a wide network that can lead to new business leads. 
  • You will provide strategic senior counsel. 

 

About Yourself

  • To be considered for this role you will ideally be coming from another PR Senior Account Director position where you are leading client accounts in the luxury space be that in travel, lifestyle, beauty or beverages.
  • We are also open to considering candidates that come from a broader consumer brand background or from an in-house role. 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. 
  • During your interview you’ll be able to show examples of your ability to build trusted relationships with clients and the media alike. You’ll also show how you build trust and rapport with your team that results in delivering incredible campaigns. 
  • You’ll be someone that loves taking ownership of their work and seeing campaigns run from ideation through to completion. Your solutions-focused nature will allow you to excel here.
