About the job

  • You’ll be the client lead for all accounts, positioning yourself as the expert and continuing the agencies 5 star client service.
  • You’ll manage and mentor junior team members, being their go-to for support.
  • You’ll lead and support on new business pitches
  • You’ll cement their reputation as experts in the field, you’ll contribute to business strategy and innovation efforts to ensure the consultancy remains cutting edge.


About You

  • You’ll be an Associate Director or Senior Account Director level ready for the step up, ideally at a B2B London PR agency. 6-7 years of experience is required.
  • Corporate and Consumer PR candidates will be considered for this role.
  • Your ego is left at the door and you’re passionate about doing work that matters.
  • You’ll have a natural hunch for people and be able to demonstrate where you have managed a growing team and helped with business planning. 
  • You’re creative and interested in ideas, and quick to think outside the box to execute original and impactful campaigns. But you’re also emotionally intelligent and sociable. You show empathy and can earn your clients’ confidence and trust. You support your colleagues, and they support you. 
  • You’re organized and able to handle tight deadlines and multiple tasks without compromising on quality. You’re confident working under pressure. You can adapt quickly and offer solutions in a fast-moving environment, and you’re just as adept working on your own initiative as you are within a team.
