About the Role
- You will work on a blended CorpSumer portfolio of 4 – 5 clients. This includes a top subscription-based streaming platform, a leader in smart technology, a global consumer-tech manufacturer, and a national real estate developer.
- Direct and oversee communication campaigns and contribute to the success of the team and agency.
- You will work with multiple leading brands to proactively craft stories and shape industry themes and story lines. You will also advise the client on media related issues/opportunities to provide them with strategic rationale.
- Take comprehensive client briefs and develop proposals that can effectively address their needs.
- Lead the development of campaigns to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Consistently provide excellent client service, anticipate client needs, and manage client satisfaction for an extended portfolio.
- You will play a key leadership role for new business development planning, including research, proposal writing, and onboarding.
- Lead and manage a team of PR professionals to provide counsel, professional development support, monitoring and performance reviews.
- Manage budgets for campaigns and clients and help to minimise overservicing
About You
- You have a strong background in an Australian PR agency environment, as you are at the Senior Account Director level or are a seasoned Account Director ready for the step up.
- You have proven experience in developing complex, high-profile accounts across the consumer brand or corporate communications sectors.
- Commercial acumen and experience in developing new business.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing PR campaigns for a range of clients.
- The ability to simultaneously focus on the big picture, the details, and on driving results.
- Leadership and management skills within a PR environment.
