About the Job:

  • Play a leadership role in driving the PR team and guiding strategic campaign development.
  • Lead integrated consumer brand campaigns, managing both consumer and corporate client initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of purpose-driven, sustainability-focused campaigns.
  • Manage 5-6 diverse clients, developing tailored strategies and delivering high-impact results.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to refine campaign approaches and ensure quality.
  • Foster strong client relationships, providing guidance and strategic insights.
  • Drive team performance, mentorship, and development of junior team members.

About You:

    • Senior Account Manager with experience in a PR agency, particularly in integrated consumer brand campaigns.
    • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic campaigns across various sectors.
    • Experience in purpose-driven initiatives is a strong advantage.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
    • A strategic thinker with excellent communication and client management skills.
    • Passionate about sustainability and working with brands that make a positive impact.
    • Sponsorship: This is available for WHV candidates who have a minimum of 6 months local media experience, preferably within relevant sectors.
