About the Role
- You will work on a blended CorpSumer portfolio of 4 – 5 clients. This includes a top subscription-based streaming platform, a leader in smart technology, a global consumer-tech manufacturer, and a national real estate developer.
- Manage day-to-day client communications, including weekly/bi-weekly client WIPs, to ensure key milestones are met and client satisfaction is exceeded.
- Lead media engagement for key clients to secure leading coverage.
- Set and manage the delivery of client KPIs and be responsible for client-related financial management.
- Effectively manage junior team members to provide ongoing feedback and support.
- Provide clients with strategic advice, industry knowledge, insights on competitor news, and find proactive opportunities.
About You
- You have a strong background in an Australian PR agency environment, as you are at the Senior Account Manager level or are a seasoned Account Manager ready for the step up.
- You have proven experience in managing complex, high-profile accounts across the consumer brand or corporate communications sectors.
- You have strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- You have experience overseeing and mentoring junior team members.
- You have a network of strong media contacts that you can tap into to achieve PR objectives.
